The North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO), a Mini Ratna CPSE under the Ministry of Power and a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC, has announced recruitment for 30 Executive Trainee posts in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and IT disciplines for the year 2025. Candidates will be selected based on their GATE 2025 scores with no interview or group discussion. Selected candidates will undergo one year of training and then be placed in the E-3 Grade.

Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/AMIE) in relevant streams with minimum 65% marks (55% for reserved categories).
- Valid GATE 2025 score in respective engineering discipline.
- Age limit: 18 to 35 years as on 1st January 2025.
Selection Process
- Selection will be made solely on GATE 2025 score merit list.
- No written test, interview, or group discussion will be conducted.
- Verification of documents and certificates post shortlisting.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will join on E-2 Grade with a starting salary of INR 50,000 per month plus allowances, with total monthly emoluments approximately INR 1,00,000. After successful completion of training, placement will be at E-3 Grade with higher pay scale.
